Refunds & Returns

We’re confident that you’ll love your Ethical State order, but if not, we offer full returns when notified within 14 days of your order’s delivery.

To request your refund, simply email hello@ethicalstate.com with:

  • Your order reference number
  • The name of the item you would like to return
  • The reason for the refund/exchange.

As we do not store the goods ourselves, we will provide you with the correct address to return the product. The seller will the inspect the product(s) upon its return, then inform you if the refund/exchange has been approved.

If the refund is due to a shipping error or damaged goods, the seller will cover the cost of returning the item. In all other cases, you are responsible for the cost of sending the item back to the brand.

Please note: items must be unused and returned in the original packaging.
Products not suitable for returns – such as beauty products, underwear and hygiene related products – cannot be returned unless the product is sealed or has arrived faulty.

Once a refund has been approved, you will receive the amount owed within 7 days of the item being received by the brand. For an exchange, you will receive the item within the normal delivery window.
